THE PROCESS
Perhaps you'd like to know how things work around here. Well, it goes a little like this...
Step 1 - Tell Me About Your Project and Request a Quote
Before we begin anything, I need to know exactly what you're looking for. The more detailed you are about your project, the easier it will be for both of us.
Step 2 - Wait for me to contact you
Once I've gotten all of your project details, I'll give you a starting price and ETA. If we're both agreed on everything, we move on to Step 3!
Step 3 - Fill Out the Agreement Form
You will be sent an agreement form to fill out before any payments are made and before any work is done. This form will include my refund and revision policies.
Step 4 - Make a Partial Payment
An invoice for the agreed price will be sent. Before I begin working on your video, you'll need to pay at least 50% of the fee.
Step 5 - Send Me Your Stuff
Upload all the necessary footage and files to a folder created in Google Drive, get a shareable link, and email it to me.
Step 6 - Approve the Video or Request a Revision
I'll send you the video via Google Drive under restricted access (you'll be able to see your video, but you won't be able to download it just yet). At that point you'll either tell me it's awesome or that it needs a tweak or two. (Don't forget that revisions could cost extra!)
Step 7 - Finish Paying
Once you've told me in writing that you approve of the video, you will be given permission to download it from Google Drive and pay the remainder of the project fee. Remember that at this point no refunds will be given.
